Bangkok Knockout Trailer

Posted by Josh Samford On November - 4 - 2010

Are you prepared to have your brains shoved right out the back of your head? Well, if you are not then I would advise staying far from this trailer for the new Thai martial arts insanity known as Bangkok Dangerous. Todd Brown over at TWITCH just posted up this trailer for the new film from Ong Bak fight choreographer and Ong Bak 2 & 3 director Panna Rittikrai. I wasn’t fond of Ong Bak 2 but this trailer already looks to be heads and shoulders over the Tony Jaa disaster. Speaking of Jaa, Todd also points out that he is now living in a Buddhist monastery after his very public mental breakdown during the shooting of the popular film’s sequels. If you recall, Jaa actually walked off the set (as he was directing at the time) and wandered into the woods and simply disappeared only to show up weeks later crying on a Thai talk show. Let this be a lesson that not everyone is cut out for the fame that comes with walking on top of the heads of others.

Rittikrai’s new project apparently stars 9 members of his famous stunt team and it looks absolutely insane. Check out the trailer for yourself after the jump and believe me, you WANT TO SEE THIS!
