The Plot: Angel Guts: High School Co-Ed follows around a trio of bikers led by a rough and tumble young man named Kawashima. The gang is notorious for their brutal ways, and on average their day consists of attempted murder, rape, and whatever other foul deeds they manage to come up with. However, things begin to go awry for the group whenever Kawashima begins to develop a conscience. Between his little sister Megu, who is beginning to enter into adulthood, and his developing feelings for the group’s latest victim, a girl named Nami, Kawashima is actually beginning to leave behind his sociopathic ways. However, his partners aren’t feeling the exact same way – and a brutal conflict is stirring on the streets. Can Kawashima simply drop his former lifestyle, or will he pay for all of his wrongdoings?

The Plot: In 1923 Tokyo, Lady Minako (Junko Miyashita) is the owner of a boarding house that receives numerous very strange tenants. Amongst the numerous characters floating in and out of the boarding house is Goda (Renji Ishibashi), a voyeur of the highest order. Goda hides away in the attic, watching everything that goes on through tiny holes in the ceiling. During one of Goda’s various evenings spent spying on Minako, he catches her in the process of committing murder. This leads to an unhealthy obsession for Goda and the remainder of the film shows him trying to impress Minako. What follows is a dark and disturbing tale of morbid infatuation that seems to spiral further and further down.

Starring: Runa Takamura, Kumi Taguchi, Roger Prince, and Aoi Nakajima



The Plot: Young Runa (Runa Takamura) is a nun who felt pushed into the monastery after her sister Kumi (Kumi Taguchi) stole her boyfriend. While Runa begins her new life as a nun, Kumi and the previously mentioned boyfriend immediately break off their relationship. For poor Runa, the life of peaceful worship that one expects of a nun turns out to be a nightmarish world of torture. The abbot at the monastery also happens to be a rather sadistic man who likes to get his jollies off with all of the fresh nuns, and poor Runa seems to be his main target. After being far away from home for a long period of time, Runa returns and approaches her sister with a large financial opportunity. However, this opportunity will only work for Kumi if she can team back up with Runa’s former lover. As the story begins to unfold, it becomes more apparent that Runa may be hiding a few tricks up her sleeve.

The Plot: Michiyo (Naomi Tani) is a widow who has recently welcomed her step daughter Takako (Shin Nakamaru) back into her home. Michiyo is a frustrated woman who has faced many sexual horrors within recent years, namely a rape from a familiar businessman who took advantage of her. This horrible scene was actually witnessed by Takako, who has also developed a very distant and strange relationship with Michiyo. Takako begins to settle down, but unfortunately she finds herself in a car accident with a young man named Hideo. Hideo also happens to be the son of the businessman who raped Michiyo in the past. Despite this, Takako begins a sexual relationship with Hideo. Things become even more complicated when it becomes apparent that Hideo also hopes to pursue a sexual relationship with Michiyo. What follows is an extraordinarily odd love triangle that takes some very unconventional turns.

Female Prisoner: Caged!

Starring: Mina Asami, Nami Matsukawa, Shigeru Muroi, and Ryoko Watanabe



The Plot: Masayo (Mina Asami) is a convict who continually tries to escape from prison. This has made her an idol to many of her other fellow convicts, but it has also made her the enemy of a ruthless girl gang who are under direct orders of the warden to persecute anyone that they deem unruly. The warden, along with her chief assistant guard, completely dominate this women’s prison with an iron fist, and they see Masayo as the leader of their rebellion. They do their best to try and set Masayo up, including an attempt to “feed” her to a group of savage rapists, but they can’t seem to get the best of this unruly woman. Will they manage to finally control Masayo by using external forces, or will Masayo ultimately prevail?
