Hey all, I just wanted to make a quick post. For those who read the site, you may or may not know that I (Josh, writer/editor/web guru for the site) live in Louisiana. This past week saw my state suddenly hit by Hurricane Isaac. I heard about Isaac rather late, so my preparations were not great. We evacuated with relative ease, however, and I was able to escape the toughest sides of the storm. Unfortunately, this meant being without the internet for the majority of my past week. So, I just wanted to say that I am not dead, and updates are on their way! A review for the CAT III title China Dolls was just posted, and there are many more on the way! Cheers!

    Josh, glad to hear you made it safely through Isaac relatively unscathed; other than the inconvenience of your internet being down. I got your message about the forums…yeah, I totally understand…guess it became more trouble than it was worth after awhile. Looking forward to your review of Hasebe’s “raping” as well…like yourself, I’m a big fan of Hasebe. From Black Tight Killers, to the Stray Cat Rock series, Bloody Territories, etc…they guy has the midas touch!

    Yeah, the forums have been dead for such a long period of time. I might put up a link and consider them as “‘archives,” but the spam on the forums started to really hurt my google page ranking as well. And I simply adore some Hasebe! Next up, I’ll be uploading a review for White Vengeance, the Hong Kong historical epic, but after that I’m uploading “Raping!” Pretty solid stuff!
